What tuition includes.

Early Learning Program (Ages 2 to 3½)
Tuition is $3,350 per month. To enroll, families pay $2,600 upfront, which includes a one-time $600 registration fee and a $2,000 deposit.
Primary Program (Ages 3½ to 6 years)
Tuition is $3,100 per month. To enroll, families pay $2,600 upfront: a one-time $600 registration fee and a $2,000 deposit.
- Full-day care, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- A year-round program, September through August
- Authentic Montessori education, materials, and classroom supplies
- An experienced, AMI-trained Montessori Head Teacher and three Assistant Teachers assigned to each classroom.
- Additional staff support and coverage by familiar BCMS staff
- Lunch and snacks prepared in our certified kitchen, with organic milk or water
- Sunscreen, diapers, and toileting supplies
- Individual support with toilet learning
- Nap mats, pillows, sheets, and blankets, including laundering
- Music, Spanish, yoga, and summer tennis
- More than two hours of outdoor play and movement each day
- Family activities and school events
- Regular updates through Brightwheel and monthly newsletters, plus opportunities to speak with the director at drop-off and pick-up

Enrollment is available throughout the year based on classroom availability. Your child’s tuition and payment schedule will be based on their start date through the end of our current school calendar. Upon re-enrollment, a new agreement will begin for the following school year.

Your enrollment agreement will clearly outline your total tuition, deposit, monthly payment schedule, and applicable fees.

BCMS is a small, independent private school and cannot accept Preschool for All (PFA), Early Learning Scholarship (ELS), or other assistance vouchers.

The Big City Parents Organization (BCPO) raises funds to help families with tuition. When funds are available, a gap scholarship may reduce monthly tuition by $100 to $500. BCPO pays the scholarship amount directly to BCMS.

Availability depends on the funds raised for the school year, scholarships already committed to current families, and requests from new families. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until the available funds are allocated.
